The Alabama Employer Health Consortium is an employer-led non-profit organization that was established in 2018 by three cornerstone member companies: Regions Financial, Austal USA, and McWane, Inc. We are dedicated to improving the provision of healthcare benefits from the employer’s perspective. We provide important resources to our private and public member employers to optimize value of their healthcare dollar. Our goal is to shine a light on current health benefit trends and the governmental activities that affect them. We also promote quality and value for the benefit of our member companies, their employees, and the bottom line.

The Florida Alliance for Healthcare Value, Florida’s business coalition on health, is actively engaged in transforming health care throughout the State of Florida and the nation. Our members include Florida-based public and private sector employers, national and global employers, national health plans and pharmacy benefits management companies, benefit consulting organizations and trade associations, nationally recognized health systems and physician groups, and innovators.

Our mission for 38 years has always been about striving to make Florida a national leader in healthcare quality. As the second largest purchaser of health care after the federal government, employers are the voice of millions of consumers who expect the best quality health care at the best price. The Florida Alliance, as their collective voice, has the unique ability to leverage its strategic partners to identify and implement meaningful changes in the delivery and payment for health care.
